A ROOM RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED WHEN A $100.00 PP DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF BOOKING BY UTILA DIVE VENTURES ALONG WITH A SIGNED RESERVATION FORM. $250.00 PP FOR A CHRISTMAS/NEW YEARS HOLIDAY. DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDABLE 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. AFTER 90 DAYS, DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE. FINAL PAYMENT DUE 60 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL.

WHETHER ALONE, IN A GROUP, OR UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A DIVE MASTER. OR OTHERWISE, ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, AND EXPENSES ARISING FROM DELAYS CAUSED BY WEATHER, TRANSPORT COMPANIES, GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS OR REGULATIONS, DISCREPANCIES OR CHANGES OVER WHICH UTILA DIVE VENTURES, OR LAGUNA BEACH RESORT HAS NO CONTROL. REASONABLE CHANGES IN ITINERARY MAY BE MADE WHEN DEEMED ADVISABLE OR NECESSARY FOR THE COMFORT AND/OR WELL BEING OF GUEST.

Travel insurance recommended for all travel

Not included: international and domestic flights, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, rental gear,reef tax, Honduran departure taxes, gratuities, and special request expenses.

We accept : VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS. The resort accepts traveler checks for payment only, they can not cash them for you. Travelers checks are not widely accepted on the island. If you do bring them, they should be small denominations.
